Here is an introduction to the service we offer to our limited company clients. We have listed both the mandatory administrative duties that your personal accountant will undertake for you, and also what we offer to our clients that makes us so unique as a specialist contractor accountant.
As a sole trader the money you earn working as a freelancer will be subject to income tax and national insurance. It is important that you keep on top of your administrative responsibilities and are claiming all the expenses that you are entitled to, to ensure that you are maximising your take home pay. As a client of Arleys you will be assigned a personal accountant who will be on hand to assist you along the way, and most of all, ensure there are no nasty surprises at the end of the tax year.

As a contractor you will almost certainly have heard of the IR35 legislation, however you may not fully understand how this legislation could impact you should you be captured. Here, you will find an overview of what the IR35 legislation is and should you wish to have a full assessment completed on your current contract our friends at Qdos consulting will take care of this for you.
Whether the tax return be for you personally or your limited company, Arleys will take care of your tax returns for you.
